Steele O'Neil and Associates Inc., in partnership with ASPECT, is proud to bring you the provincial Skills Connect for Immigrants program. Skills Connect is available to permanent residents who may not have high school level education or work experience as well as those with higher levels of education and experience. Whether you have skills or experience or need to acquire skills before seeking employment, we look forward to helping you. Our program provides an individual approach, tailored to meet your needs.

Experience Works Mobile

For older workers (50+)

A free six week program that will help you with a career change or help you get back to work.

Experience Works Mobile will open up new employment possibilities by:

Providing access to up-to-date local labour market information
Developing your inventory of skills
Completing extensive self assessments
Focusing on career options and direction
Learning tips and tricks to access the hidden job market
Preparing you to sell yourself in a job interview
