Prepping exterior and interior surfaces for painting, managing clients while on the job site, cold-calling, working at heights, working 10 hour days, working in all types of weather, travelling to and from different job sites including the West Coast, maintaining effective communication with other painters, clients, paint reps and supervisors.
University and high school students preferred! No previous experience required! Extensive training is provided and mandatory for all painters. Must be willing to work at heights, long hours and in all weather conditions. Must demonstrate excellent communication, positive attitude, professionalism and take extreme pride in their work. Experience with labour and painting is preferred.
