Salmon Farm Technician

Creative Salmon is Canada’s first producer of certified organic farm-raised salmon, growing indigenous Pacific Chinook salmon at 4 farm sites in the waters of Clayoquot Sound near Tofino.

 

Farm Technicians are responsible for general farm operations such as net cleaning, basic maintenance, assistance during harvesting, feeding and care of fish, operating boats and equipment, as well as other tasks. As the majority of the work is performed outdoors, the ability to tolerate all weather conditions is important.

 

Because farming is a team effort, reliability and dependable attendance is mandatory.

Crew transportation is provided from Ucluelet, Tofino and Long Beach communities.
