Load, run and unload dish machines. Keeping dish washing station clean and reporting any mechanical or functional problems to Dept. Head. Ensure dish washing machine runs at correct temperatures to ensure a sanitary wash cycle. Maintain adequate levels of clean equipment for the dining areas and kitchen. Clean food preparation and production areas, other duties as required
Previous experience in a similar position would be an asset, on the job training is provided. Be able to work in a hot, wet, humid and loud environment. Be in good physical condition able to lift, reach, bend and stoop. Be able to lift items up to 60 pounds
