The Community Children’s Centre in Tofino BC, located on the Westcoast of Vancouver Island, is seeking a Daycare Assistant on a temporary basis. This opportunity offers the ability to work and play outside in the Centre’s outdoor community classroom.
Reporting to the Daycare Supervisor, the Daycare Assistant assists the Supervisor in the day-to-day operation of the Community Children’s Centre. This is a temporary position with a work week of 40 hours.
The term for the position starts July 3rd and runs until August 14th. The hourly rate for the position is $18.73 plus an additional 14.8% in lieu of benefits and statutory holidays and is subject to the terms and conditions of Collective Agreement.
