Janitorial Services Tenders

The District of Ucluelet invites interested contractors or parties to submit written bids for the provision of janitorial services for the Ucluelet Community Centre located at 500 Matterson Drive, Ucluelet, BC. 

This contract will be a one-year term commencing October 1, 2017 and ending on September 30, 2018.  

Requirements:  

1.  A monthly rate based on the duties in the schedules of the contract; and,
2. Cleaning products and equipment necessary to carry out the duties of the contracts must be included in the bids.
3. All cleaning products must be LEED certified.
4. Include minimum particulars of staff qualifications, experience, references, security bonding, insurance, and WCB firm number.
5. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract and make use of cleaning checklists.

The District of Ucluelet reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, and the lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted. Bidders not conforming to the specified requirements may be returned to the Bidder without consideration.
