Duties:

  • Providing office services by implementing administrative systems and procedures.
  • Coordinating directly with team Realtors, and cooperating Realtors, in a time sensitive environment.
  • Communicating directly with clients and customers in person, by multi-line phone and by email.
  • Managing Client Management Database and other computer systems. 
  • Coordinate real estate marketing systems for listings

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Computer experience required
  • A valid Driver's License required
