Rescue One has one position open for an OFA Level 3 certified individual who takes
pride in providing safety services. This is a 2 month contract starting in April 2018. 

Location & Hours
 Ash River area (outside Pt. Alberni)
 Onsite hours of operation 8:00am – 4:00pm
 Weekends may be required

Key Responsibilities
 Respond to all work-related injury calls onsite
 Maintain standards of practice with the provincial governing regulatory body
 Ensure that patients are managed professionally
 Triage of patients as requested
 Ensure PPE supplies and other inventory are available
 Ensure equipment and ambulance vehicles are ready 24/7
 Knowledge of medical records, storage and retrieval
 Assist the onsite Safety Coordinator when required

Qualifications 

Required
 Occupational First Aid Level 3
 WPP Cat B (1 day electrical safety course)
* Will arrange prior to start date if required
 Class 5 Driver’s License
 Driver’s Abstract
 WHMIS
 Steel toed boots
