Bartender

: it is your responsibility to provide service to customers in the lounge by greeting, taking food and drink orders, and taking payments. You are also responsible for clearing and setting tables and maintaining general cleanliness of your area.  You will also prepare many of the beverages for orders from the Fetch Restaurant. 

To include but not limited to:

• Exceed guests’ expectations by providing exceptional customer service and anticipating guests’ needs
• Efficiently and professionally take guest food & drink orders, advise on regular and special menu items, deliver food and drinks to guests
• Maximize food and drink revenue by employing strong sales techniques
• Participate in maintaining high cleanliness standards in lounge and bar area
• Communicate with Culinary team and Front of House to ensure high quality of product and service is maintained
• Properly complete cash handling and balancing procedures
• Be able to provide guests with information on Black Rock Oceanfront Resort’s amenities, services, and events as well as information on the surrounding area
• Abide by basic beverage control and responsible serving standards
• Actively strive to minimize wastage and adhere to recipes and inventory control procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by the management team
