We are a YFN owned and operated Motel, looking for an energetic and enthusiastic front end person. Must have a professional telephone etiquette  and good computer/data entry skills.

Duties:

  • - Answer telephone calls
  • - Greet guests as they enter into office
  • - Receive/invoice client documents and payments
  • - Receive/send incoming/outgoing mail and courier deliveries
  • - Data entry and other paperwork for client files
  • - Several other administrative duties
  • -Strip rooms, clean rooms as needed
  • -Quality control
Qualifications 

* Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Fluent in reading, writing and oral communications in English
  • Experience in office environment an asset
  • Proficient with database software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to multi-task and handle multiple demands during busy periods with minimal supervision
  • Be detail oriented
  • Mature, professional, self-motivated, customer-service oriented- Polite and friendly personality
  • Have Driver’s License and own vehicle
