Join the Twin City Brewing team as our Assistant Lounge Manager & Events Coordinator and bring your passion for creating unforgettable experiences to life! As an integral part of our dynamic crew, you’ll combine your love for exceptional beer and your knack for organizing seamless brewery-related events.

This dual-role involves regular shifts in the lounge supporting the Lounge Manager and the service team, as well as dedicated hours for planning and executing on-site and off-site events. The individual in this role will take the lead in planning and executing a variety of events that celebrate our local beer culture and engage our community.

Events like comedy nights, musicians, themed parties, food-beverage pairing events, film screenings, and even bar-sport competitions (cornhole, beer pong, etc.). Future responsibilities would include organizing larger events such as craft markets, outdoor beer gardens, music concerts, and multi-brewery beer festivals.

Twin City Brewing is known for crafting remarkable beer and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Now, we’re searching for a talented individual to curate and coordinate engaging events that showcase our offerings and enrich the experiences of our guests and our community, both near-and-far.

The chosen candidate for this role will be pivotal in creating exceptional events that resonate with our guests and reflect our brewery’s brand.

Responsibilities of this position include:
• Collaborating with the management team to conceptualize and plan exciting events
• Coordinating event logistics, from setup to execution and post-event wrap-up
• Managing event budgets and resources efficiently
• Partnering with suppliers, vendors, and performers to ensure seamless event execution
• Promoting events through various channels, enticing participation and attendance
• Engaging with guests during events, ensuring their enjoyment and satisfaction
• Gathering feedback and insights to continually enhance future events
• Assisting in other brewery tasks as needed during non-event periods

 

Qualifications 

Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
• Detail-oriented approach to event planning and execution
• Positive, organized team player who thrives in a supportive environment
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Proactive attitude in maintaining cleanliness and order
• Comfortable with physical tasks and being on your feet for extended periods
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility in schedule, including availability for weekends and evenings
• Basic knowledge and passion for craft beer culture
• Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or related fields (preferred)
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices (a plus)
• Must be at least 19 years old with a valid Serving-It-Right Certificate.
