General Manager

We are seeking an experienced General Manager for an 85-room full service resort located on the west coast of Vancouver Island. Reporting to the Director of Operations of the Management Company, the successful candidate will have direct day-to-day responsibility for all aspects of this branded property.  Working through and with a staff of up to 105, the General Manager will be expected to ensure a very high degree of guest satisfaction in the facilities and services offered throughout the resort. The ability to train and build positive staff morale is a major expectation of this position.
