Inside Sales

Our Tofino location is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual for the position of Inside Sales. The Inside Sales professional develops and maintains positive working relationships customers who visit and call the branch. Together with other team members, the Inside Sales professional delivers excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide project quotes, enter delivery/special orders and assist in purchasing
• Build strong customer relationships through reliable call backs, follow up on deliveries and awareness of project timelines to foresee customer needs
• Be a source of knowledge and willing to learn about new building and home improvement materials
• Communicate with the shipping department to ensure delivery schedules and instructions are met
• Act as an ambassador of the company with all employees and customers
• Follow all regulations, company policies, and procedures
• Other duties as assigned by management
