Property and Grounds Maintenance Contractor

Contractor wanted for part time property and grounds maintenance in Ucluelet.

Applicants will have their own Worksafe coverage.

Hours of Work

-              Once a week May – September (8 hours @ 4times a month = 32 hours a month)

-              Once every 2 weeks Oct – April (8 hours @ 2 times a month – 16 hours a month)

Day of the week to be chosen by contractor.

Duties:

Exterior lightbulb replacements as needed

Pothole maintenance

Lower level Gutter and downspout cleaning; unless the Contractor carries insurance for ladder work the higher gutter cleanouts are done by a local roofing company.

Common property walkway/stair railing cleaning/washing (once a month)

Garbage pick-up on common property

Maintenance of cigarette butt holders

Spread of ice melt/ removal of snow as needed

Other duties upon request.

Tools and materials will be provided.
