We are seeking an experienced sous chef to work with/under Chef Dave. Must be willing to learn and teach at the same time. Creativity is a must. Daily and seasonally changing menus demand different features to be created every day. It's a small kitchen, so the right attitude and ability to work as part of a team is a must.
