Job Description:
Required to take an active role in driving sales and services within the front end cash/service/print area and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Demonstrates a high degree of customer awareness while accurately and expediently processing customers at the checkout. Responsible for processing all general purchases with a focus on generating add-on sales. Offers knowledge to support copy and print clients, applies intermediate technical proficiency and understands the goals for each shift. Follows PRINT processes and procedures and maintains operational integrity of Solution Shop. Routes sales and production through appropriate channels and understands the unique needs of Business and Consumer clients. Has knowledge of solutions that meet the client’s needs and recommends products and services that support these needs. Maintains established client relationships by providing outstanding customer care.
