We are a small and independent cafe/bakery, located on Argyle Street in downtown Port Alberni. Our focus is to provide the community with a warm and welcoming space to connect and restore, offering a creative food and beverage menu of seasonal, local, and organic ingredients for breakfast and lunch. We take a great deal of pride in what we do and hope that you do too!
We are planning for an opening date of May 1st, however we will have our staff begin training up to two weeks prior to this date.
We are looking for the following qualities in our ideal candidates:
● A passion for providing genuine hospitality and dedication to delivering an exceptional service experience to our guests
● Self motivated to develop your skills and industry knowledge
● Highly organized, efficient, great communication skills, and superior attention to detail
● Reliable and punctual, calm under pressure
● Work experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory, as training will be provided. Passion and a willingness to learn is essential!
