Sechart Lodge is a completely off grid wilderness eco kayaking lodge, located 1/2 mile from The Broken Group Islands (Pacific Rim National Park) off the West coast of Vancouver Island.
Please note: This is a full time seasonal position.
We require our dock staff to maintain a kayak rental business, dispersing our fleet of 60 kayaks, preparing and cleaning them. Minor repairs of docks and kayaks as well as other daily duties of cleaning all washrooms, showers and evening dinner dishes.
Daily wage includes accommodations, all meals and the use of a kayak when available on down time. PLEASE NOTE: We do not supply accommodation, meals, etc. while on your week off.
Transportation to Sechart Lodge is provided by our company.
Retail experience is an asset but not required. Good math skills are an asset. Food Safe and serving it right certificates required, WHMIS preferred and must be bondable.
All employees must be committed to the time frame of the position.
