Position includes:

  • Daily cleaning of rooms and laundry duties
  • Some gardening/weeding and general upkeep of outdoor areas
  • Possible evening guest services hours available for the right candidate
  • Various assistance with errands and odd jobs

This is a permanent long-term position and we are ideally looking for someone who intends to stay in town throughout the year. Shifts are three to five days per week, flexible on which days..

 

 

Qualifications 
  • Previous housekeeping experience
  • Willing to take on a multitude of tasks
  • Works well alone, self motivated and takes initiative
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
  • Must live in Tofino, no staff accommodation for this position.

We are looking for an energetic, reliable and personable team member with a positive attitude. Looking for someone who is ready to work a full, physical day including various tasks. The right candidate will be willing to take direction but use initiative and work independently. Must be fast and efficient, and be ready to take on anything.
