Delivery Driver

Position: Delivery Driver, Part-Time

• Based out of our Tofino warehouse on Industrial Way
• Temporary positions available for shifts on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with additional hours available Mondays and Fridays, until the end of October. Some evening work required.
• Wage based on experience of candidate (minimum $18/hr)

About TUCG
The Tofino Ucluelet Culinary Guild (TUCG) is a non-profit organization that works to connect our coastal restaurants, families, groceries, and businesses with local farmers and food producers. Through group buying and education we strive to make local food more accessible and affordable while at the same time providing a reliable market for some of our region’s best producers. In the past 10 years we have become one of the province’s most dynamic food hubs, which includes wholesale distribution, online ordering for residents, a local food box program as well as participating in various west coast markets.

Who We Are Looking For
Your key role will be to assist with our weekly farm direct food distribution including organizing, packing, and delivering fruit, vegetable, meat, and specialty good orders to restaurants, resorts, businesses, and grocery stores. You will also assist with shipping and receiving and keeping our warehouse organized. This is a fast-paced, physical role that requires effective communication skills and great customer service.
