Prep Cook

This is a culinary position that requires basic cooking skills. This is a great entry level role and opportunity for someone with culinary experience wanting to learn and grow their abilities through training. We are looking for a team player with the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities include:

• Refer to daily prep list at the start of each shift for assigned duties.
• Set up work stations and ingredients so that food can be prepared according to recipes.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work area.
• Inform immediately of any low or product shortages.
• Setting up and cleaning up daily operations.
• Responsible for open/closing duties.
• This position reports directly to the Head Chef and Tasting Room Manager.
• This position could provide the option of some Line Cook shifts based on experience.
