About the role: This role will partner with the team in preparing menu items in a timely manner, and providing support to your team in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace. This role will offer an opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Food preparation: cutting, portioning, frying, baking, following recipes, putting away orders, and cleaning of kitchen tools and facility as required
• Ensure all food preparation and storage procedures are followed as outlined by Vancouver Coastal Health, to include FIFO and appropriate labelling
• Playing a role in ensuring a respectful workplace environment by professional communication with all team members and customers 
• Other duties as required
