Arbutus Health Centre is searching for a part time Clinic Coordinator to join our team! We are: A community-focused, multidisciplinary healthcare clinic, comprised of a team of allied health care professionals who strive to support individuals towards natural health and inspired living. Qualifications 

• Highly detailed, well organized, and forward thinking.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, work independently and be self motivated.

• Intermediate computer skills, working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, and comfortable with Mac operating systems. Experience with Jane App clinic management system is an asset, but not required.

• Patient focused, supportive, delivering high standard of service.

• Ability to communicate openly with patients and team members in a professional and personable manner.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

• Experience in a similar role preferred, but not necessary.

• Must have secure and permanent housing, and be willing to sign a one-year contract.
