Picnic Charcuterie is looking for Retail Associates.

Job duties are as follows:

  • Open the Shop
  • Restock/Maintain Inventory
  • Serve customers, take orders & make platters
  • Close shop/Clean
  • Deliver order end of day
Qualifications 

Required Skills:

  • Food Safe Level One
  • Thorough knowledge of cured/smoked meats & cheeses, and /or interest in learning
  • Keen interest in learning about artisan and gourmet food
  • Must be self-motivated, especially when working alone
  • Ability to work with a team and receive instructions/feedback from peers
  • Positive attitude towards customers & co-workers
  • Good sense of humour an asset
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ideally have a valid drivers licence and vehicle
