When it comes to food, our Kitchen Team likes to think big with ingredients, and techniques. Our kitchen is on the smaller side. Which means thinking outside of the box to bring guests unique but casual interpretations of worldly dishes that highlight captivating flavours.

Our Service Team aims to provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere where orders are delivered accurately and efficiently. We also believe in genuine interactions, getting to know our guests and connecting with them over events, community happenings, and fun or interesting menu items.

We are looking to meet driven, solution-oriented minds that can strengthen our existing team and provide some new perspective when it comes to tackling the day-to-day challenges. Ideally, new members of the team will be detail-oriented and look for ways to set their own colleagues up for success just as this is expected to be reciprocated back to them.

Supported by our Managers, Assistant Managers, and Supervisors, our entire team has a helpful and encouraging management team in place focused on finding efficiencies and solutions to these challenges as they arise.  

Putting a high level of care into interactions and menu items is one of the ways in which we try to build unique and memorable experiences at Twin City Brewing. Though certain mealtimes can be fast paced, we try to prepare ourselves ahead of time and learn the ways to handle a rush while performing at our best. Consistent praise for our food and frequent return-visits is rewarding and motivates us to keep our standards high and dial-in our techniques. Our aim is to always be improving, reinventing, and innovating.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing printed tickets and expediting food
• Communicating with Kitchen & FOH team members regarding service
• Assembling food items in preparation for cooking in a conveyor oven
• Cutting, plating, and garnishing dishes
• Collecting and pre-rinsing dishes
• Loading and unloading rack dishwasher
• Refilling Line with prep backups
• Keeping a tidy and organized kitchen even during service
• End-of-night cleaning and closing checklist
• Adhering to sanitary procedures and maintain a temperature log
• Assist with various prep and cleaning tasks during downtimes
