Chrysler Dealer in Port Alberni is seeking a - Service Advisor / Appointment Scheduler

*What does a Service Advisor do?
* A service Advisor is the most important link between customers and the shop. A Service Advisor is the front line, it's the person taking care of our customers by listening to their concerns or repair needs, by keeping them informed on the progress of their repair and by giving a memorable experience.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Booking appointments
  • Greeting customers in a friendly manner
  • Consulting with automotive technicians about necessary repairs
  • Providing customers with in-depth information about services and parts including available OEM and aftermarket options
  • Advising customers about warranties and recalls
Qualifications 

No experience necessary, willing to train.
