Looking for a hands-on Manager who will work beside the staff cooking while maintaining our standards of quality and consistency. Owners are also hands- on workers too so its not all your responsibility but will be when they are not working or not in the kitchen. Keep staff busy by delegating jobs that need to be done. Keep up with the cleanliness of the kitchen, customer service, time management of staff, and responsible for closing the business down every night on scheduled workdays. We have some very reliable and competent staff right now that need a strong manager who will guide them with a high standard of care as well as a level head with good communication skills plus an easy-going personality. We need to keep it a good place to work so a fair manager who will keep it a disciplined kitchen and who will still be respected.
Must have experience in a kitchen. No pizza experience needed as we can train. Have experience with supervising staff, cleaning schedules, line cook experience and customer issues. Have an easy-going attitude and not break under high pressure. Also be able to cover shifts at times if needed, but owners also help with that too.
