Open & Closing Cafe Duties
Creating and managing the schedule
Supervising Staff
Organizing food inventory, ordering from suppliers, coaching staff
Excellent customer service
Security of cafe (locking up setting alarms)
The manager will receive intensive 1 month long training in all aspects of the cafe & in leadership.
Barista training, food prep, cooking, crepe making, teamwork, organization and customer service as well as money handling and reports.
Regular and ongoing training with owner and other managers from other cafe.
