-as a full time Assistant Branch Manager position in our Vancouver Island – Port Alberni Branch. This newly renovated branch is located on the main thorough fare which takes you to beautiful Long Beach. We have great clientele and a team which represents Westland Insurance in the community.
Who You Are
You are passionate about building a team and developing people. You know how to create a motivating environment and empower others. Your track record demonstrates you have been successful in providing excellent service and growing revenue. It is vital that you are self-confident and show plenty of initiative. You should have good organizational and delegation skills. You have at least 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity.

Level 2 License General Insurance License for BC
Working towards or have obtained CAIB and or CIP designation, we will provide you with financial support
