Switch board, taking calls, messages and reservations. Checking in and out guests, working with Wynguest system. Helping with housekeeping when slow, putting out and putting away continental breakfast. Helping guests in all capacities.
Would like someone with office experience, can train on the Wynguest computer system but good computer skills are an asset. Good, pleasant phone and people skills. Physically able to help with laundry and breakfast. Basic office management, ie filing, faxing and typing.
