Sproat Lake Landing is currently seeking a Pastry chef to lead our bakery program.
As pastry chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a dessert menu, using locally sourced, seasonal products at Drinkwaters Lakeside Lounge and the Stirling Room.
Our menus change on a seasonal basis, and you will be given autonomy to work creatively and independently, in order to achieve a consistently high level of standards.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for the bakery program at Dellas Café and gift shop, where a variety of pastries and sandwiches are expected to be made on a daily basis.
Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a baking position, and 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
