Duties:
Providing office services by implementing administrative systems and procedures.
Coordinating directly with team Realtors, and cooperating Realtors, in a time sensitive environment.
Communicating directly with clients and customers in person, by multi-line phone and by email.
Managing Client Management Database and other computer systems.
Coordinate real estate marketing systems for listings
Qualifications
Skills
Very strong computer skills
Very strong problem solving skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new and changing needs of team Realtors
Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills
Energy, vision and drive to work unsupervised
Time management skills to prioritize multiple projects at any given time
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Familiarity with local community and services
Qualifications
High school diploma required
Computer experience required
A valid Driver's License required
Customer services experience an asset
Administrative experience an asset
