Client-led contract to provide Community Support to Community Living BC (CLBC) client. Hours are not guaranteed as they are dependent on client needs. Work involves direct client support to develop life skills and social integration, or as directed by CLBC assessment. Work may occur in the client’s home or in the community. Monthly reporting and client documentation is required. Supervision and case management is provided by WCRS. This position requires union membership.
