Include, but are not limited to: registering arriving guests, providing information about the property and surrounding area, answering phone calls, taking reservations, performing check-out services, answering emails in a professional manner, processing payments and balancing point of sale terminals, counting cash and communicating with different departments within the resort to share guest requirements, issues or requests. Candidate must be flexible with day/night shift or a variety of both. Basic chores and cleaning on shift is also required.
Previous customer service experience is a definite must for this position, though previous Front Desk experience is not a requirement. Basic reading, writing and computer skills are an asset.
