To include, but not limited to: be responsible for the efficient cleaning of all pots, pans, dishwares, utensils, etc from both the kitchen and front of house; maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and preparing vegetables for use in service.
To include, but not limited to: Foodsafe certificate; ability to multi-task and work under pressure; ability to work in a high paced, physically demanding environment; able to lift up to 40lbs; team work and communication skills
