To include, but not limited to: prepare and plate dishes for service; fulfills roles of saucier and entrmetier,; label stores and rotate stored food items; assist in food tracking and control; work as part of a culinary team to produce high quality dishes consistently and quickly; participates in cleaning duties.
To include, but not limited to: Foodsafe certificate; certification or diploma in culinary an asset; 2-5 years experience; Red Seal an asset; teamwork and communication skills; ability to multi-task and work under pressure; work in a high paced, physically demanding environment.
