To include, but not limited to: follow recipes and food preparation; fully understand the menu, ingredients and nutritional content; coordinate food output the other cook; handle all incoming kitchen deliveries; stocks, dates, rotates and checks temperature of product.
To include, but not limited to: Foodsafe certificate; 1- 2 years culinary experience; training in certification in culinary an asset; teamwork and communication skills; ability to multi-tast and work underspressure; to work in a high paced, physically demanding environment.
