To include, but not limited to: assist with the preparation of all foods as required by the culinary team; follow prep list and mantain mise en place; assist in other food production areas when required; label and store food items.
To include, but not limited to: Foodsafe certificate; 1-7 years culinary experience; training or certification in culinary an asset; teamwork and communication skills; ability to multi task and work under pressure in a high paced, physically demanding environment.
