Ability to follow and give written and verbal instruction.

Good physical and mental health.
Qualifications
Graduation from a recognized 12 month program in cooking plus two years' recent, related or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Successful completion of the "Food SaFE- Basic" course within the probationary period.
