Join the Cabins Team and live and work in one of the most beautiful parts of the world, on the West Coast of Vancouver Island in Ucluelet, BC.
We are seeking a responsible and experienced couple to manage our Lodge Guest House. This role includes on-site accommodation. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in hospitality, with experience in housekeeping, maintenance, and overall property care. You are organized, hands-on, and guest focused.
The successful candidates will have experience managing a large bed and breakfast or small hotel and will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining guest accommodations, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
The Lodge Guest House includes:
• 8 deluxe adult-only suites
• 3 family and pet-friendly cabins
• Common areas and great room
• Staff suites
This position requires energy, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the high standards built over the past 24 years under the Cabins brand.
Responsibilities include:
In addition, the Innkeepers will manage on-site staff accommodation, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and well maintained, while addressing any issues that arise.
Compensation:
Starting wage of $26/hour, with a wage review and potential increase following the successful completion of the probationary period. We offer a competitive wage and benefits package.

• Experience in hospitality, with a focus on inn keeping or property management
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and general upkeep
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
• Familiarity with reservation systems and general computer skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability for weekends, holidays, and extended days when required
• Valid driver’s license.
