Creative Salmon is Canada’s first producer of certified organic farm-raised salmon, growing Pacific Chinook salmon at 4 sites in the waters of Clayoquot Sound near Tofino.

Farm Technicians work five days out of seven. Sites are not camp-based; workers travel, by company boat, in and out each day. Farm Techs are responsible for general farm operations such as net cleaning, basic maintenance, assistance during harvesting, feeding and care of fish, operating boats and equipment, environmental monitoring, as well as other tasks. Because farming is a team effort, reliability and dependable attendance is key.

Starting wage is $24.21 per hour going to $24.71 after 3 months. Company paid benefits package, company matching+ RRSP, safety gear and wellness spending allowance after the wait period (3 consecutive months).
