The NGA is the after-hours presence on the front desk and has the vital role of processing the end of day for the resort. At the front desk, you are often the first contact with guests as they arrive at Black Rock Oceanfront Resort. Multi-tasking and critical thinking are very important traits since you are usually the sole guest service presence overnight. Although you will be responsible for guest check-outs and enquiries, your major responsibility is to generate and organize the day’s reports and to complete the critical process of running end of day.
