Manage and organize emails with supervisor oversight.

Scheduling and coordinating calendar appointments.

Prepare and follow-up with various correspondence and handle confidential and sensitive documents with care.
Prepare management reports as requested by the supervisor.
Performing errands and tasks with a high degree of confidentiality and confidence.
Daily tasks include keeping work management system and CMS programs up to date.
Ability to work under pressure and keep organized with a constantly updating list of tasks.
Other administrative tasks as required such as data base entries and filling out company instruction manuals.
Qualifications
Preferred Skillset:
No experience required other than excellent verbal, written, keyboard skills (Approximately 45 WPM) and organizational skills; We teach in house with a unique workflow.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Facebook, Instagram, Google.
Customer service.
