We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Roper to help keep our vacation rental properties running smoothly.

This role is great for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and taking pride in keeping spaces clean, organized, and guest-ready.

Responsibilities include:

Garbage and recycling removal and sorting
Collecting used linens and delivering fresh linens to the cleaners
Light maintenance and small repairs
Exterior property care (windows, decks, BBQs)

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

Reliable self-starter with a strong work ethic
Comfortable with physical work and working outdoors
Enjoys working independently and noticing small details
Able to troubleshoot minor issues when things aren't working properly
Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
