
The registered nurse position offers you the opportunity to provide medical and patient centered nursing care, complete health histories, physical examinations, and mental status assessments, develop and implement treatment plans using a variety of treatment approaches, develop, implement, evaluate, and update a client care plan.
Conduct nursing-educational support and treatment groups for patients/clients, administer and assess the effects of prescribed medication and treatments, assess, report, and respond appropriately to observed behavioral changes, plan and implement strategies to promote optimal mental and physical health and well-being of clients, serve as advocate for clients and families.
Nursing diagnosis, planning for care, intervention and evaluation that have significant impact on the client’s medical condition, safety, as well as ultimate recovery. This position reports to Director of Health and Social Services.
