Position Responsibilities:
• Exceed guests’ expectations by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional attitude, and being creative in order to satisfy guest requests,
• Process invoices, post checks to vendors,
• Manage reservations, greet guests, and take payments/deposits using property management software,
• Communicate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless co-ordination and proper follow-through,
• Conduct security checks,
• Reconcile all accounts in a timely manner,
• Verify that all EOD work has been performed by other departments,
• Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day,
• Perform other duties as needed and as directed by General Manager, and
• Follows all safety procedures and guidelines.
