Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner items according to our menu standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in menu planning and development, including daily specials.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Quickly assist with Banquet Food Preparation on short notice event bookings
• Provide exceptional service to guests by accommodating dietary restrictions and preferences

Qualifications:

• Current FoodSafe
• Previous experience as a Cook in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Culinary degree or certification is a plus, but not required.
