This is a culinary position that requires basic cooking skills. This is a great entry level role and opportunity for someone with culinary experience wanting to learn and grow their abilities through training. We are looking for a team player with the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities include:
- Refer to daily prep list at the start of each shift for assigned duties.
- Set up work stations and ingredients so that food can be prepared according to recipes.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work area.
- Inform immediately of any low or product shortages.
- Setting up and cleaning up daily operations.
- Responsible for open/closing duties.
- This position reports directly to the Head Chef and Tasting Room Manager.
- This position could provide the option of some Line Cook shifts based on experience.
