Blue Crush Concierge is seeking a rockstar Housekeeping Supervisor Superstar to join our team!
The HS will oversee the work of staff (team of 6-12) and ensure that our client’s properties (vacation rentals, residential and offices) are cleaned to the highest standards. In addition to cleaning, the HS will be responsible for performing quality checks, training new employees, communicating with and directing employees throughout their shift and reporting to the manager/client. This is a hands on job. The position includes a mix of cleaning shifts (where you are the lead) and supervisor shifts.
Pay rate of $25/hour depending on level of previous experience and references, with potential of salary after training period.
Housing is available. One year contract (or longer).
This position is located in Tofino with occasional work in Ucluelet. The right candidate can start training as scheduling permits. We are looking for the right person to join our small team; we can wait for you ;)

To be a rockstar at this:
- Must have excellent time management and problem solving skills.
- Be a team leader.
- Have an impeccable eye for detail.
- Must be organized and able to work under the pressure of a deadline, communicate clearly
- Physically capable of performing some heavy lifting(no more than 50 pounds), 8 hour days
- Have a full license, phone, laptop + car; an electric work car is available.
