Open & Closing of Cafe
Opening duties include turning on machines, prepping cafe for guests, counting till, inventory management in support of manager, quality control, cafe cleanliness, cash flow and float
Closing up cafe and ensuring all is prepped for next day.
Eligible candidates will receive 3 - 4 days of intensive instruction in barista training, food prep, cooking, crepe making, teamwork, organization and customer service as well as money handling.
Extras:
Must have a positive attitude, eager to learn and be able to take on initiative and direction.
Availability during days and weekends
Previous barista and/or cooking experience an asset.
